I do not use my movies, but transcode works fine. Once the xbox 360 has been allowed, and the folders are shared, The computer should show up on the xbox 360, and you should be browsing the folders you shared. Browse to where you saved the file, double click on it. Video categories have been more filled out and now Pictures and Music are also available as well as extra Collections and Channels!
