Seems pretty odd. Nothing you do to the WoW files on your own personal computer will affect them (not even deleting or uninstalling WoW entirely). How to fix : 1: Try deleting Cache folder ( No cache in data ) 2: Try right clicking on WoW folder, choose properties. Please ensure that you follow the directions properly when using the tool.

If deleting "Cache" folder doesn't work then you should delete "WTF" folder too.
If you do that, and the issue persists, try running the Scan and Repair feature from the Battle.net launcher. Argoden
