Also, I don't have access to my HELPFILES, Windows cannot find 'helpctr.exe'. Anybody with a step by step procedure that can help?

I am guessing, but it doesn't appear as a process in task manager, so it must hook itself to other tasks to cause its interference, and to get a hook into I then click on the CLOSE MESSAGE button and another pop-up window says: USERINIT LOGON APPLICATION has encountered a problem and needs to close.
