The dd_error* log was especially lengthy and full of references to VS 2010. He is a software development manager for a multinational company. Re download the installer from the website, sometimes downloads become corrupt (unless you checked the MD5). As for System Event logs, I have a few errors but again I'm not sure what much of it means.
