From the time I have reported the problem of my internet connection to my ISP, and that was June 16…(huh, seems like ages ago
) up to this time, still nobody from their tech department have appeared to my door to offer their repair service.
What I’ve got instead, is a telephone call the other day.. and I was almost too happy to answer the man on the other line, before I realized he is from the collection department, reminding me of my bills for the June!!!
It really pissed me off. My gosh… how much longer should it take for them to replace my modem that have malfunctioned. A month?
