Synchoronization per day in the field you define how many times a day synchronization will occur . Simply deleting the SoftwareDistribution.log file, prior to a sync attempt, will create a new SoftwareDistribution.log file. One non-standard thing I have here is that all 3 use non-standard-named databases on the same SQL Server. Unfortunately, there was no path to the referenced temp directory, so I fired up Process Monitor whilst trying to sync WSUS for a final time.
