I never thought how serious as a problem balding could be to anyone. I grew up in a community were bald is synonymous to one hilarious joke. I am very familiar to words like bokal, arabo which are actually con names for bald people. Until, recently now that I am older, more matured (ahhmmm!)… then I came to realize that balding is really a social problem. Emotionally, physically – it can be difficult to persons who where afflicted with hair loss problems.
Males are most commonly prone to hair loss, there are several reasons for this, and one is hereditary. You are likely to experience early thinning of hair if it runs in the family genes.
There is also what we called alopecia. It is defined as the medical description of the loss of hair from the head or body, sometimes to the extent of baldness. Unlike the common cosmetic depilation of body hair, alopecia tends to be involuntary and unwelcome, e.g., androgenetic alopecia, hair transplant boca.
